The following is an excerpt from a conversation I was having with a friend who was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Things are inverted from what we’re told and that’s why there’s so much unnecessary suffering. You’re not your body. You’re higher self, infinite awareness that uses an avatar, your body, to have a finite, limited-by-the-senses experience.
The challenge is that you, and every one of us, forgot that that’s not who you are and you get attached to your current version of little “I” which is the ego with your personality. And the ego suffers when it’s not heard, loved, understood, when it doesn’t feel safe and that is what causes all the wounds and ultimately physical pain including cancer. If you think that something is wrong with you, subconsciously, your body, mentally and physically, reflects that because your body is the physical manifestation of your beliefs and thinking.
The moment you realise that that is not who you really are, you wake up to your higher self, the big, true “I”, you realise that all this suffering is an illusion, it is erroneous thinking. And when you do you start thinking differently, empowering, positive thoughts, and then you start healing. That’s why the placebo effect is not this weird inexplicable effect, the placebo effect is THE effect.
It works the other way around: Your life and your body are a reflection of what you think and who you think you are. And once you realise you’re whole and this is not really you, your body becomes whole. And that is what is called waking up. Now, understanding and believing this is one thing - it took me seven years to get it. You might do it much faster because pain or traumatic experiences like cancer are a wake-up call and hence you’re now reading all these books that otherwise you might not have and they are opening your eyes.
But the real, the big step, and without it all the reading and knowledge is useless, and that’s what I only realised recently, in my 8th year… is that I have to embody it, I have to be it, be the walking talk of it. Every cell in me has to live and breathe that knowing, that truth, that I am not who I think I am, every moment of my life, and from that place, I can live an effortless, free-of-disease and free-of-suffering life.
This is the kingdom of heaven that Jesus spoke about and that is everyone’s birthright. I’m not religious and I was an atheist most of my life but I now recognise that Jesus is not this heavenly figure, no, Jesus and other enlightened beings, are simply humans that woke up to their real being, they dropped the ego and the illusion of their mind and connected with their higher self from where immediate healing is possible.
It sounds unbelievable but if you read through these books and recognise their deep truth you’ll one day or another come to that conclusion because it’s the only possible conclusion and when you do, and hopefully, before that, your cancer will go into remission and you will heal. I know this is a bold statement and you shouldn’t believe anything I say but you can take what I said and investigate it and that’s what you’re doing.
If you go asking questions all the way then I believe you’ll find exactly this capital T Truth as well. That is ultimately the gift of your cancer, to wake up to your true eternal being and that there’s nothing to be afraid of and that you’re pure consciousness and that your body - as it says in the meditation - is an expression of pure spirit and that pure spirit is perfect and hence your body is - and the cancer will be gone.
There are recorded cancer remissions within minutes. And there are many ways to get there. I have been in Joe Dispenza’s coherence healings where we healed, without any prior experience, people from grave diseases. I remember asking a girl at the end of one of these healings how do you feel and she looked at me and said: I knew I was healed after the second healing (we did three in three days) and I thought I didn’t need this third one but this was again so beautiful and healing that I’m glad I did it.
All it took her to heal was 8 people that never had done this before sitting around her lying down and sending her loving healing energy while being in a theta brain wave state. That was it in essence. Joe explains it beautifully with animations on how we affect the (quantum) field. And the Three Magic Words, written in 1952!, explains it with different words but it’s all the same.
Nader Butto, who I’m learning from directly and whose link I sent to you, teaches and practices the same thing differently but it’s ALL the same. It’s about waking up to who you truly are and when you do, life just becomes about love. How much can you love yourself and everyone else, this whole experience called life with all that it comes with? How much can you raise your vibration?
There’s no more fear. And of course, you’ll have all kinds of things coming up all the time: He did that, she said that, you’re not good enough, that’s dangerous, the future is unsafe, you’re not beautiful, you might lose everything, you might die from cancer, whatever your negative thoughts are, the difference is that before when these thoughts popped up from the subconscious of which you seemingly don’t have any control of, you engaged with these negative thoughts, you worried about them, you went on thinking how it could all play out, this bleak outlook and that’s how you manifested them in your life including your cancer.
But the “new” you realises that this is how it works, and that you’re an infinite being that created this body in this experience called earthly life and that your job is to wake up to your true self and when you do you realise that the thoughts you think manifest, meaning create, your physical reality. That is what is karma, your thoughts become reality in the material and physical realm.
You are your thoughts. And when you realise that, you start choosing the thoughts and what you are thinking very carefully. You chose to only think loving, whole and positive thoughts. You realise that everyone is trapped in the same ego illusion as you were and that’s why they’re doing to you what they’re doing. They’re not bad people. They just haven’t woken up yet and they don’t know any better. They’re hurting just like you were.
From this new place that you are in, everything changes. You’re now a healer to others just through your way of being. And all thanks to the cancer you manifested yourself. Everything seemingly adverse is a gift from the universe, from yourself really, trying to wake you up to who you truly are. Welcome to an awakened life. ✨😘
And now please enjoy this profound and musically beautiful reflection by Mooji (14 mins). Or listen to it before going to bed as I do. What we do last before falling asleep informs what our mind processes and thereby influences to what reality we wake up to the next morning, with what eyes we look at the world.
